This policy describes information processed through TijaraLens product-intelligence services and business enquiries.

Information processed

Product-intelligence requests may include search terms, budget and product preferences, retailer selection, and optional delivery context such as city, neighbourhood, postal code, or coordinates. Product references returned by an earlier search may be sent back to retrieve details or offers.

You do not need to provide a name, email address, phone number, payment information, or retailer credentials. Please do not include unnecessary personal or sensitive information in a shopping request.

How information is used

We use request inputs to search and compare current product information, return original retailer links, operate request limits and caching, diagnose failures, and protect the service from abuse. TijaraLens may process limited technical information such as request time, endpoint, response status, and security signals.

Service providers and sharing

TijaraLens, infrastructure providers, search services, and data partners process the details required to return product results. Applications that call the service and retailer pages you choose to open apply their own policies. We do not sell service-user personal information.

Retention and security

Search results may be cached for a limited period to improve speed and reliability. Operational and security records are retained only as needed to run, protect, and troubleshoot the service. Public product-intelligence interfaces are read-only and do not expose service credentials.

Your choices

Do not include precise location unless it is useful for the requested delivery comparison. You can contact us to ask a privacy question or request deletion of information that can reasonably be located from details you provide.
